Graston / IASTM

Graston Technique® and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) use specially designed stainless steel instruments to detect and treat fascial restrictions and areas of scar tissue. The instruments amplify the clinician's sense of feel, allowing precise identification of adhesions that are difficult to detect by hand alone.

The controlled microtrauma induced by the instruments stimulates a local inflammatory healing response, activating the body's natural repair process to break down and remodel scar tissue into healthy, organized collagen.

IASTM is particularly effective for chronic conditions, overuse injuries, and post-surgical scars. Many patients experience significant improvement in 3–6 sessions.
